Terms and Conditions

1. Cancellation Policy
Independent Behavior Analyst Alliance (IBAA)
The Independent Behavior Analyst Alliance (IBAA) strives to provide high-quality programming and events. This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms related to cancellations, refunds, and transfers.
Event Cancellations by Participant
● Cancellations must be submitted in writing to IBAA at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled event to be eligible for a refund.
● All events will be recorded and will be available for view after the event
● Refunds, if applicable, may be subject to a 10% processing fee.
● Cancellations received after the stated deadline are non-refundable.
Event Cancellations by IBAA
● IBAA reserves the right to cancel or reschedule events due to unforeseen circumstances.
● In such cases, registered participants will be notified promptly and offered access to the recorded event if not able to attend rescheduled time or the option to transfer registration to a future event.
Non-Attendance
● Failure to attend an event without prior written cancellation does not qualify for a refund or credit.
Membership Cancellations
● Members may cancel their membership at any time. Memberships that are canceled after the 10th of the month will not receive a refund for the current month but will not be charged for the next month.



2. Terms and Conditions

By registering for, participating in, or accessing any IBAA programs, events, services, or materials, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.
Use of Services
● All IBAA content, materials, and resources are for professional and educational purposes only.
● Unauthorized distribution, reproduction, or commercial use of IBAA materials is prohibited.
Professional Conduct
● Participants are expected to engage respectfully and professionally in all IBAA-related activities.
● IBAA reserves the right to remove or mute any participant whose conduct is deemed disruptive, unethical, or inconsistent with the organization’s values.
Intellectual Property
● All materials provided by IBAA remain the intellectual property of IBAA unless otherwise stated.
Modifications
● IBAA reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.



3. Liability Statement
Independent Behavior Analyst Alliance (IBAA)
Participation in IBAA events, programs, or activities is voluntary.
● IBAA is not responsible for any personal injury, loss, damage, or liability incurred as a result of participation in its events or services.
● Educational content provided by IBAA is not intended as legal, clinical, or medical advice and should not replace professional judgment or consultation.
● Participants assume full responsibility for their decisions and actions related to the application of information obtained through IBAA.
4. Consent Form
Independent Behavior Analyst Alliance (IBAA)
By registering for or participating in IBAA activities, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
● You voluntarily consent to participate in IBAA events, programs, or services.
● You understand and accept the associated risks, including but not limited to professional discussion, virtual participation, co-hosting/speaking for CEU events and group interaction.
● You grant IBAA permission to use your name, image, or likeness in recordings, screenshots, or promotional materials related to events, unless you notify IBAA in writing otherwise.
● You acknowledge that you have read and agree to the Cancellation Policy, Terms and Conditions, and Liability Statement.
